*Rentals for 2 hours and under are billed at the minimum rate of $50

*Rental requests for four hours and over are given priority.

** All rentals have a refundable cleaning deposit of $50.00

As well as a refundable key deposit of $25.00. Late key return fee $25.00

*Cancellation of an event will be due 3 days prior to event.
